Gemas A Simple Code Editor for GNUstepers

Gemas is a simple code editor with highlight syntax and auto indentation. Gemas depends on HighlighterKit framework of Saso Kiselkov. Here some of its features:

• Highlight syntax for languages C, C++, Obj-C, Obj-C++, GSmarkup.
• Highlight syntax to edit Strings, Plist, GNUmakefile, ChangeLog files and Plain text.
• Auto indentation.
• Double click above a parentheses to select all code inside these.
• Go to Line Panel.
• Preferences Panel to change colors, editor size, font, Highlighter theme, ...
• Menu options App and Tool to create a simple App or Tool
• Plugin to use in ProjectCenter. Just install the budle (Bundle/Gemas) and set Gemas as the editor in ProjectCenter's preferences.
• Auto-complete.
• Basic indentation with TAB (indentation of tags/parameters in a long method).

You can use all Gema's menu options in ProjectCenter, using the same shortcut keys. The menu option "Insert TAB" insert a real TAB, since Gemas use spaces instead TABs (except in GNUmakefiles).

Of course, you should have installed GNUstep and HighlighterKit.

There is available a package with a couple of themes for the highlighter here. Just untar the package at ~/GNUstep/Library. On Windows extract this at your user directory.
